Tatarstan’s road fund will start operating in 2011

A regional Road Fund is being established in Tatarstan and will start operating in 2011, the president of the republic said today. The fund is designed to ensure transparency in the financing of road construction. The decision to create a system of road funds in the Russian Federation has been made at the federal level.
